• The management and facilities are here to serve you and meet your needs. We however request that during your stay, all guest should treat each other and the workers with respect and courtesy.
• Check-in time is 12:00 noon but with flexibility depending on availability of the villas. You will be required to present your identification card/passport upon check in.
• Check out time is 10:00 am unless prior arrangements are made for late check out. All keys should be returned to the management at check out and clearance obtained.
• Linen is changed twice a week and before 4:00 PM.
• Please take care of the environment and ensure no littering on the gardens. Each Villa has litter bins for your use. Guests are responsible for leaving the premises in excellent conditions. Please keep the grounds clean by not littering.
• Guest’s belongings. Guest are particularly requested to lock the door of their villas when going out or to bed. Valuables must be kept securely. Management will not be responsible for loss of Guest’s personal items.
• All guest are expected to wear decent and modest clothing given that the place houses families.
• Open use of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products/illegal drugs are not permitted. There are designated places for the smoking at the Villas.
• Pets and other animals are not allowed unless prior arrangements made to the management.
• Quiet time begins at 10:00pm so that to ensure peaceful night to other guests and the neighborhood. During other times, discretion is advised in order to maintain the peace and serenity of the facility for all guests.
• Guests are expected to use all items in the Villas’ responsibly. Guests are responsible for any damages that may occur in the villas and missing furnishings during their stay. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage of property caused by themselves, their guest or persons or any person for whom they responsible. Such loss or damage is liable to surcharge.
• Safety is our highest priority. All guests are requested to observe safety measures at all times. Children must be observed and should be in the company of adults(s) at all times. The management will not be responsible for injuries sustained during your stay.
• Hazardous, explosives, flammable objects, poisons/prohibited Goods of any nature are not allowed within the premises.
• No guns/weapons of any kind allowed anywhere within the premises. If brought to the facility, the guests will be required to notify the management.
• The villa and the items, appliances and facilities provided may be used exclusively for their intended purpose. The management will NOT admit any liability for damage and bodily injury caused by misuse of the items, appliances and facilities. It will deemed misuse if more people than anticipated or registered use the rented villa.
• All items broken or damaged will be charged.
• Swimming pool – We do not have a Life Saver at the swimming pool. We therefore request that utmost care is taken by our guests while using the facility. Children must be under the care of an adult at all times. Swimming pool opens from 8:00 AM and closes at 6:30 PM daily. Guests also are expected to observe swimming pool rules at all time and any usage of the pool by any person not in the guests list may be charged.
• You are not allowed to swim alone.
• Guests are requested to observe, abide by and confirm to be bound by all applicable laws and Government regulations in Force from time to time.
